About Nuntiq
Nuntiq takes its name from the Latin word nuntius, meaning messenger. It is a fitting origin: an invoice is not just a financial document, it is a message from a supplier, carrying information that drives decisions, relationships, and operations across an entire organization. Too often, that message gets lost in noise, manual effort, and fragmented systems.
We started Nuntiq to change that.
What We Do
Nuntiq builds accounts payable software for mid-market companies. Our platform handles the full journey of an incoming invoice, from receipt across any channel to structured, validated, ERP-ready data, with minimal manual intervention. A multi-model AI pipeline continuously routes each document to the best available model for the task, combining speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in a way that no single model can match alone.
Who We Serve
Mid-market finance and AP teams are caught in an uncomfortable middle ground. They process enough invoice volume to feel real pain, but rarely have the headcount or budget that large enterprises can throw at the problem. Nuntiq builds specifically for that reality: powerful enough to handle complexity, simple enough to deploy and use without a dedicated implementation team.
Our Vision
We believe accounts payable should be a strategic function, not an administrative burden. When invoice data flows in cleanly, accurately, and on time, finance teams can focus on what actually matters: supplier relationships, cash flow decisions, and business outcomes. Nuntiq exists to make that the default, not the exception.
Leadership
Ewout Vocking, Founder
Ewout Vocking has spent over a decade working at the intersection of finance automation and enterprise software. Through years of implementing and architecting complex procure-to-pay solutions for mid-market and enterprise organizations, he developed a firsthand understanding of where AP workflows break down and where technology can make a real difference.
That experience is the foundation of Nuntiq. Rather than building another generic document management tool, Ewout set out to solve a problem he witnessed repeatedly: the friction, errors, and manual overhead that mid-market companies face when receiving and processing supplier invoices at scale. Nuntiq is the result, an accounts payable receiving and invoice processing platform built on modern cloud infrastructure, with a multi-model extraction pipeline at its core.
Originally from the Netherlands and now based in Chicago, Ewout brings a pragmatic, engineering-first mindset to every product decision, prioritizing consistency, efficiency, and outcomes that hold up in real-world customer environments.
